Job Overview:
We’re seeking a driven, experienced, and highly organized Marketing Specialist to join our nimble team. This part-time role is ideal for someone looking to bring their expertise to a dynamic and collaborative environment. You’ll work closely with the agency owner and serve as the go-to expert for executing on behalf of our clients across multiple marketing channels.
You’ll be responsible for creating and managing social media calendars, optimizing paid ad accounts, executing email flows and campaigns, developing blogs and landing pages, and providing strategic input to help our clients grow. This position offers the flexibility of hybrid work, with one day in-office in La Mesa, CA, and one remote workday to execute tasks.
- Create, schedule, and manage client social media calendars across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Stay ahead of social media trends, including trending audio, hashtags, and platform updates.
- Strategize content ideas that align with client goals and drive engagement.
- Help optimize and manage ad accounts across platforms like Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
- Analyze ad performance and suggest data-driven strategies to improve ROI.
- Source and develop engaging ad creatives and refine copy for campaigns.
- Draft and edit blogs, landing pages, and marketing collateral for clients.
- Develop automated email flows and refine single email campaigns to enhance client results.
- Ensure all content is aligned with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
- Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics across social, paid media, and email campaigns.
- Provide actionable insights to refine strategies and improve results.
- Work closely with the agency owner to support client needs and drive execution.
- Maintain a high level of communication, professionalism, and timeliness
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in digital marketing, with proven expertise in social media management, paid ad optimization, email marketing, and content creation.
- Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Workspace, email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp), and ad management platforms.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze campaign performance data and suggest optimizations.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
