Summary

Support Brand Marketing Manager with execution of the marketing campaigns, coordinating with vendors and customers, and cross-team coordination. They will also be responsible for evaluating the performance of campaigns, conducting regular market research and looking out for trends which can become an opportunity for the company.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Promote brand awareness through social media outlets i.e. product launches, company culture, success stories, brand collaboration

· Conducting regular market research to identifying trends and customer behavior

· Regular coordination and relationship management with external vendors to ensure timely execution and high quality of marketing campaigns

· Using key performance indicators to evaluate the performance of ongoing campaigns and creating monthly reports to track successes and areas of improvement

· Coordinating product, event or content email marketing, maintaining databases, automation, and A/B testing

· Work with HR, Operations, Sales, PDM, etc. to encourage employee engagement, continued education, and retention

· Update website using Wordpress, HTML, and CSS when needed

· Providing support to the marketing manager in evaluating and establishing marketing plans and strategies by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts, setting objectives, planning and executing them

· Assist in planning and coordination of meetings, events, conferences, etc. by identifying, assembling and coordinating, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments

· Maintaining a sales support material inventory, ensuring all resources are updated and accurate and the coordination of the new materials as needed i.e. literature, samples, displays, etc.

Education and/or Experience

Some college or equivalent experience. Will consider a combination of education and experience. Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in a digital marketing-related capacity.
