Our internal brand, Correct Toes, is the original toe spacer designed as a non-invasive treatment to help strengthen, align, and restore foot health. Our mission is to help individuals seek relief from long-term foot and ankle problems caused by the unnatural shape of common footwear. We provide solutions through podiatric care, our natural foot health store, and education.
Overview
The E-Commerce Manager/Web Developer position is focused on maintaining our three online platforms; WordPress, WooCommerce, and Shopify Wholesale. You will be responsible for managing and updating these platforms, as well as managing
our SEO strategy and execution. This role is crucial in the growth of Northwest Foot and Ankle | Correct Toes. Prior experience with WooCommerce, WordPress, and/or Shopify is a must.

Website Management
Oversee the day-to-day management of Northwest Foot & Ankle | Correct Toes websites, ensuring it delivers seamless user experiences and aligns with brand standards.
Add new products to the Correct Toes E-commerce site and update inventory levels.
Monitor notifications from vendors for any sales and update website pricing accordingly.
Schedule both internal and external sales dates on products.
Generate ideas for improving site/app elements.
Utilize feedback from team members on functionality issues and develop solutions.
SEO Strategy & Execution
Own and execute Correct Toes SEO strategy to drive organic growth, including leveraging keyword research, content optimization, and competitive analysis.
Improve technical SEO, including site structure, crawlability, mobile usability, and site speed.
Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Maintain a positive PPC and provide report data.
CRO Optimization
Identify, create, and implement strategies to improve website conversion rates through data-driven insights.
Content Optimization
Collaborate with Social Media Coordinator to ensure web content is SEO-friendly and conversion-focused.
Maintain a content calendar to support ongoing campaigns and seasonal promotions; align and coordinate efforts with Social Media Coordinator to ensure goals and timelines are jointly executed.
Data-Driven Insights
Regularly analyze website KPIs, including traffic, bounce rate, conversions, and user engagement.
Provide actionable insights to leadership to assist decision-making and strategy.
The Structure
This role will report directly to the Operations Manager. You will also work closely with the entire team, as everyone uses the website and provides input.

Experience
3-5+ years in website management, with a strong focus on SEO and CRO.
Proven track record of driving organic growth and improving online conversion rates.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
Experience with A/B testing platforms like Optimizely, VWO, or similar tools.
Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce) and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
Any graphic design skills or experience are a welcomed addition.

The Features
Position Type / Expected Hours of Work:
Hybrid or In-Office / Full Time (40 hrs)
This is a full-time, salaried exempt position. This position is not eligible for overtime. Salary starting at $70,000/yr. Work hours are typically 40 hours a week, Monday thru Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, with two work from home days per week; hybrid option only available after initial training is complete.
