About the Role


As the Lead Technical Product Marketer at Courier, you’ll own the strategies that help developers discover, adopt, and love our platform. You’ll spend your time creating clear, engaging content—whether it’s website copy, blog posts, or SEO-friendly landing pages—that speaks directly to our audience.


This role blends creativity and analytical thinking. You’ll focus on growing our online presence, supporting product launches, and keeping our customers engaged. Working closely with product, design, and engineering teams, you’ll craft materials that are both simple and inspiring. If you thrive on turning complex ideas into messaging that resonates, this is the role for you.


You’ll report directly to the CEO.

 

Big plus if you’ve integrated AI into your workflows to boost output and handle tasks independently (like design). You’re always finding new ways to use AI without compromising on quality.


Key Responsibilities

  • Write compelling content like website pages, blog posts, and product updates that developers love to read.
  • Own our SEO strategy to help more developers discover Courier.
  • Build campaigns to engage our existing customers, driving adoption and growth.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to craft messaging that’s clear, concise, and impactful.
  • Plan and launch marketing initiatives that highlight the value of Courier, from product launches to ongoing campaigns.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to refine our efforts and maximize impact.
  • Shape Courier’s voice, ensuring every word reflects who we are and why we exist.
  • Work directly with the CEO to align marketing with company goals and vision.


Our Ideal Candidate

  • 8+ years of work experience, bonus points if you were previously a developer or sales engineer
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on developer tools or technical products. .
  • Talent for simplifying complex ideas into clear messaging.
  • You love to write
  • Proven track record of running multi-channel campaigns that deliver measurable results.
  • You’re always finding new ways to use AI without compromising on quality.
  • You’re scrappy, collaborative, and have a low-ego
