Job Reference Number: 1888 Our client, CEO of a fashion luxury brand, is seeking an energetic and proactive Personal/Executive Assistant to support with day-to-day operations. The focus of this role is to handle mostly personal/home-related tasks in relation to the CEO's life, as well as handle some business-related matters as needed. This candidate will be working in conjunction with another assistant, and reporting to the senior EA. Ideal candidates will have 3-4 years of experience within the same caliber, preferably within fashion or other similar industries. Must have a positive and motivated attitude at all times, along with a 24/7 work ethic mentality. Typical duties are (but not limited to): • complex calendar management across different time zones • Manage all administrative functions, organize and support research; gather and create materials for meetings in advance • Compile necessary documentation into clear, concise decks for presentation • Book travel arrangements including assistance in obtaining any necessary paperwork (i.e., visas passports, etc.) and provide itineraries for upcoming trips • Accurately create, code, manage and organize expense reports • Book personal appointments, manage daily itineraries, oversee maintenance of home • Event management/plan parties, organize closet, liaise with household staff, pick-ups/drop-offs at home and office as needed • Attend/work events as needed and be on set as needed • Assist with household management and family needs, including vendor coordination, errands, and other personal tasks • Handle all miscellaneous errands. Requirements: • Proven work experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant or similar role. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) and open to learning new technology. • Ability to interact with senior leaders at all levels in a fast-paced environment, while remaining flexible, proactive, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism. • Highly organized with the ability to perform multiple tasks and handle changing priorities successfully with minimal direct supervision. • Strong communication skills via phone, correspondence including email, and in-person. • Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information. • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work. Pay: Up to $85,000/yearly DOE amazing benefits. Location: New York City, New York Looking to hire immediately
