YOUR MISSION
- Assist in the development of the North America marketing strategy for Sportstyle, Basketball, and Motorsport business categories, collaborating with sales, DTC, and merchandising teams.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions with cross-functional marketing team members to support the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing plans.
- Support marketing initiatives that enhance the impact of brand partners, ambassadors, athletes, sponsorships, and events.
- Assist in guiding and mentoring junior marketers responsible for implementing marketing efforts.
- Utilize data, market insights, and marketing tools to contribute to the development and execution of impactful and consumer-relevant strategic marketing recommendations.
- Ensure alignment between global and regional visions by collaborating closely with global business units.
- Assist in managing marketing budgets and tracking spends according to business priorities.
- Support sales, merchandising, and marketing leaders on various aspects of the Go-To-Market Process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members to develop integrated omni-channel marketing plans.
- Bachelor's degreein Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experiencein brand, product, or retail marketing, with a focus on sportswear, sneakers, or lifestyle brands.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong project management experience, including the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Analytical skillsand experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Deep understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive strategieswithin the sneaker and apparel industry.
- Experience in team development and mentoring.
- Ability to integrate product storytelling into marketing campaigns.
- Understanding of leveraging athlete endorsements and partnershipsto reinforce brand equity.
- Experience in developing and maintaining distinct market positioningfor specific categories (e.g., basketball, motorsport).
- Ability to work across departmentsto ensure alignment on brand initiatives.
- Experience in managing marketing budgets.
- Ability to identify emerging market trendsand translate them into impactful marketing opportunities.
