Marketing Project Manager

The Marketing Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns and projects across multiple channels. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, this role ensures timely delivery of high-quality marketing materials and initiatives that align with business goals and elevate our brand in the competitive hospitality market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with budgets, timelines, and objectives.
• Campaign Coordination: Develop, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns for events, promotions, and seasonal offerings.
• Team Collaboration: Work with creative, digital, and operational teams to produce marketing assets, including content, visuals, and collateral tailored to the hospitality industry.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams, keeping stakeholders informed on project progress and updates.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze campaign metrics to assess effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for future initiatives.
• Brand Alignment: Ensure all marketing projects reflect the brand's voice, values, and identity, maintaining consistency across all touchpoints.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing project management.
• Hospitality industry experience required
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in project management tools and marketing software.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• A proactive mindset with creative problem-solving abilities.
