JOB SUMMARY

The Associate - Sales and Marketing, is responsible for the coordination of sales and marketing activities to ensure that internal and external prospects and clients are well-served.

Requirements

DESCRIPTION OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • In-house / inbound expert for the sales team.
  • Coordinates and prepares for internal and external meetings, presentations, teleconferences, video conferences, internal team activities, etc.
  • Supports Sales team in the areas of Requests for Proposal (RFP), follow-up with prospective clients and partners, schedule management, and presentation and proposal creation.
  • Support Sales team in pipeline and CRM management.
  • Supports Marketing with social media strategy.
  • Supports Marketing with content creation - graphic design, marketing collateral, videos, and other material as needed.
  • Ensures compliance with ADM policies and procedures.
  • Assists with development of policies and procedures to standardize functions within the department and organization.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Demonstrates professional conduct and interacts in a positive manner with co-workers, clients, and business partners.
  • Participates in ongoing professional development and training programs to further develop knowledge and skills.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or related field.
  • HubSpot and/or CRM knowledge
  • Canva or other graphic design platforms
  • LinkedIn and Google Ads experience preferred
Communication
  • Strong human relations skills to interface with staff at all levels inside/outside of the organization.
  • Strong conflict management and issue resolution skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation and relationship management skills required, as this role interacts with staff at all levels.
  • Mathematical Skills
  • Ability to apply the following mathematical concepts to practical situations: fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions.
  • Computer Skills
  • Ability to use various computer applications such as: MS Office (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
