What we ask
To be successful in this position, you have:
- Relevant background in marketing
- Academic education, bachelor's or preferably master's degree
- At least 6 years of relevant working experience, preferably in FMCG and Dairy
- Data-driven and creative individual with experience in creating brand strategies for Latin America regions/markets
- Pragmatic mindset and solution-oriented
- Can-do mentality with a focus on excellent execution of activities
- Return on Investment mindset; finding ways to spend budget more effectively
- Working with P&L and budget plans
- Organization skills, working with tight deadlines internally and externally and within the international framework
- Team player
- Ability to travel regularly
- Fluency in Spanish and English (speaking, listening & writing)

In this position, you will be responsible for:
Pursuing Brand/Marketing Strategy
- Adopt the Strategy for Kroon and El Gallo Azul and ensure consistent brand development
- Actively contribute to Mexico team strategies and plans from Marketing perspective
- Co-create Innovation ideas, convert viable ideas into plans and deliver on projects
- Set KPI's for brands and track progress
- Develop and manage Marketing Calendar for Kroon and El Gallo Azul to enable team to reach business objectives
- Manage A&P budget
- Ensure OTIF activation on Marketing Calendar
- POS materials coordination
- Event development and execution
- Coordinate development of key communication materials and content
- ATL/BTL media plans & executions.
- Social media & influences: brief on content and give approvals, monthly track results (reach, engagement, awareness)
- PR development focused on building brand reputation
- Manage relationship & contract with key agencies
- Set KPI's and track progress
- Coordinate invoicing streams via administration system
- Training: train Sales Force on the brands and stories to bring to market
- Interpret available market insights from Business/Market Intelligence reports and other available sources and utilize the insights in developing and improving the brand strategy.
- Actively contribute to monthly business review (internal and with customers) by reporting on progress and determine follow up actions
- Nielsen monthly analysis providing insights to drive business decisions
- Consumer surveys to test new products and concepts
- Yearly brand tracking measuring awareness and brand health

We aim to be the preferred partner of our customers and consumers for cooking and entertainment cheese occasions, and everyday dairy consumption. The team specializes in Distributor and Key Account management to continuously develop, strengthen, and grow the business with our local business partners. Hereby making use of the great brands, products, and capabilities FrieslandCampina has to offer.
The team is spread over different locations: Paramus, NJ (Americas Head office), Miami FL (Latin America Regional Office), Netherlands, Sao Paulo & Mexico City.
