As a Senior Marketing Specialist, you'll combine your creativity, project management skills, and marketing expertise to support our divisions and programs with innovative, integrated marketing plans. In this role, you'll collaborate with a dynamic team to drive meaningful campaigns, consult with internal stakeholders to recommend effective strategies, and build strong relationships across departments. You'll manage projects that amplify the voice of Cincinnati Children's, connecting with our community, patients, and families while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, on-time, and on-budget marketing initiatives. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Integrated Marketing Planning and Execution * Develop and execute annual integrated marketing plans and message strategies for divisions/programs. * Apply subject matter expertise across all projects. * Lead Marketing & Communications (M&C) teams in executing marketing activities such as direct marketing, digital content development, digital marketing, and advertising. * Use project management techniques to ensure marketing projects are completed on schedule and within budget. * Manage projects to support senior marketing team members as needed. Strategic Consultation * Provide consultation to divisions and programs, recommending appropriate marketing and communication strategies to achieve goals. * Proactively solve problems and offer marketing counsel to clients. * Identify needs for marketing research and manage research projects under supervisory direction. * Offer subject matter expertise across various projects. Relationship Management * Act as the client relationship manager for multiple programs. * Manage client expectations and identify potential issues, escalating when necessary. * Communicate project status and results to managers and clients. * Develop and maintain relationships with internal clients, M&C teams, strategy and growth colleagues, as well as external agency partners, vendors, and freelancers.
