Job Description:

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Go into referring offices to market our office. Consistently provides an upbeat and welcoming atmosphere during visits.
  • Provide gifts and any updates or changes to the office given by the practice manager.
  • Makes appropriate changes in the system of any changes in the referring office.
  • Responsible for building rapport with referring offices front desks and Doctors.
  • Remember specific information about each office to bring up in conversation.
  • Bring referral cards to any office in need.
  • Maintains a positive and team-focused mindset to ensure a consistently high level of collaboration daily.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

EDUCATION:
High school diploma or equivalent

EXPERIENCE:
Customer Service experience required

Dental Marketing experience preferred
