Job Description:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Go into referring offices to market our office. Consistently provides an upbeat and welcoming atmosphere during visits.
- Provide gifts and any updates or changes to the office given by the practice manager.
- Makes appropriate changes in the system of any changes in the referring office.
- Responsible for building rapport with referring offices front desks and Doctors.
- Remember specific information about each office to bring up in conversation.
- Bring referral cards to any office in need.
- Maintains a positive and team-focused mindset to ensure a consistently high level of collaboration daily.

EDUCATION:
High school diploma or equivalent
EXPERIENCE:
Customer Service experience required
Dental Marketing experience preferred
