The Role: Head of Product Marketing
As the Head of Product Marketing, you will be instrumental in shaping Frontera Health's market presence and driving product adoption. This is a high-impact role requiring a strategic visionary who thrives in ambiguity and can build a product marketing function from the ground up. You will play a pivotal role in translating our cutting-edge technology into compelling market offerings and positioning Frontera Health as a leader in the pediatric healthcare space.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute product marketing strategy: Develop a comprehensive product marketing roadmap aligned with Frontera Health's overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis: Identify market opportunities, understand customer needs, and assess the competitive landscape in the early intervention and developmental disorders space.
- Craft compelling product positioning: Develop clear and compelling messaging that resonates with target audiences, including parents, caregivers, healthcare providers, and payers.
- Build and execute go-to-market plans: Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and expansions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner closely with product management, sales, clinical teams, and marketing to ensure alignment and achieve product goals.
- Measure and optimize: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
- Build and lead a high-performing team: Recruit, develop, and mentor a product marketing team to support the company's growth.
- Proven track record in building and scaling product marketing functions from the ground up.
- Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, with a preference for experience in pediatrics, early intervention, or behavioral health.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to inform decision-making.
- Consumer and marketplace experience
- Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities to effectively convey complex information to various audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Experience working with AI/ML-powered products is a plus.

We have determined a salary range for this position that takes into account several factors including experience, knowledge, education, skills, and abilities. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline and the exact salary will be determined based on the individual's qualifications and experience, with consideration given to the factors listed above. $150,000-$200,000 USD
