As a In House Marketing Rep you would be responsible for: Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador Act as a concierge and provide local information to enhancer the guest experience. Partner with the resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in. Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines. Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales presentation in accordance with all company policies, compliance standards and regulatory requirements while maintaining a minimum performance goal Attend scheduled training sessions, department meetings, and keep current on marketing information and materials. Keep current on industry trends and set and review performance goals weekly, monthly and annually Why do Team Members Like Working for us? To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience: High School Diploma U.S citizen It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions: Previous Sales Experience Previous Hospitality Experience A desire for growth A winning attitude Previous timeshare experience is a plus!
