Beside a main area of responsibility, this position will also help support integrated marketing efforts with direct response, print & radio advertising development, advertising media planning, budgeting and budget tracking, development of marketing and communication materials, photo shoots, marketing research, events, media relations, etc. Pay Range: $25.78 - $36.09 HourlyThe above pay range is a guideline. For candidates who meet the qualifications of the job, the Mission's Compensation Philosophy is to target the 40th - 50th percentile of the range. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final pay rate to be offered. Factors include (but are not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate's work experience, education and training as well as internal equity, market and other business considerations.Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. How you will serve Lead and take ownership over a significant area of digital marketing.Develop, gain approval to and execute an annual plan for their main area of responsibility.Help lead, plan, and flawlessly execute other marketing projects such as direct response, print & radio advertising development, advertising media planning, development of marketing and communication materials, marketing research, events, media relations, social media, web, and other projects as assigned. Assist in the development of the annual Strategic Marketing plan.Research the latest digital marketing trends and assist in the formulation of donor bonding strategies in support of acquisition, cultivation, and reactivation efforts.Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results and build expertise.Monitor platform data and report on the growth and analytics of digital marketing campaigns.Assist in the planning, deployment, testing, and optimization of the Mission's brand presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.)Assist in engaging and cultivating key target audiences through digital marketing placements and advertising opportunities (SEO, SEM, Display, Social, Email, SMS, and Web Content) while ensuring brand consistency across all digital marketing communication vehicles.Help brainstorm, plan, and coordinate special/PR events that support the Marketing strategic plan with digital marketing expertise and recommendations.Help manage the Marketing department's editorial and project calendar with digital marketing efforts.Work with the various internal departments to schedule and deliver digital marketing content as requested.Attend and participate in all Mission, Division and Department meetings and training, as required.Any other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor.
