As a member of our Biopharma team, you will be instrumental for growing our Biopharma excipients and processing aids portfolio through collaborative product developments with our customers.

We are seeking a professional like you to serve as the Customer Innovation and Partnership Manager Biopharma. We are seeking a professional like you to join our Biopharma team!

**As a Strategic Marketing Manager Biopharma - Florham Park, NJ, you create chemistry by...**

+ Driving strategic decisions for the business and translating business strategies into actions to steer different functions within the organization to carry outgrowth initiatives.

+ Leveraging your educational and professional background in marketing, product management, or business management, you will define the strategic framework for prioritization and focus on the Biopharma organization through market analysis, market intelligence, and data analytics.

+ Leading business case development for investments and/or strategic initiatives.

+ Leveraging your knowledge of biopharma processes and experience in the biopharmaceutical industry and/or management consulting to manage customer interactions, business rules, and brand and sales support strategies effectively.

+ Successfully engaging across the organization, you will interface with Product Management and Senior Leadership as well as regional Sales, Technical Sales, to accomplish global projects and initiatives.

+ Working collaboratively in cross-functional teams as you define the basis for generation and oversight of strategic partnerships and collaborations.

**If you have...**

+ A bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.

+ At least 5 years of experience in strategic marketing or product management within the biopharmaceutical industry.

+ Experience in management consulting (a plus).

+ Strong knowledge of biopharma processes, market analysis, and data analytics.

+ Proven ability to drive strategic decisions and develop business cases and financial models.

+ Experience engaging with Product Management, Senior Leadership, and regional Sales teams.

+ Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction.

+ Project management experience in cross-functional and global initiatives.

+ Analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.

+ The ability to build strategic partnerships and collaborations.
