Speak to representatives from all our marketing vendors and partners on a weekly basis to identify opportunities and trends, and to maximize the effectiveness of our spending. Monitor and respond to online reviews.Develop processes and strategies to maximize the amount, and qualify of online customer reviews.Use AI to create online assets that highlight our Inventory and our Fred Beans Value Proposition.Monitor marketing campaigns' progress and results to gather data to help improve performance.Deliver graphic, written, or verbal presentations and reports of findings, statistics, and insights.Assist in creating and updating content on multiple platforms, including website, social media accounts, blogs, and emails.Researching and identifying marketing trends and opportunities for growth.Assists the marketing department with administrative tasks.Monitors and manages social media accounts, including posting content and engaging with followers.Conducts market research and competitive intelligence.Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success Write marketing literature (brochures, press releases etc) to augment the company's presence in the market Compose and post online content on the company's website and social media accountsTracking and reporting Key Performance Indicators, such as leads, conversion rates, website traffic and social media engagement
