Bilingual Digital Marketing Manager

We are partnering with a leader in the CPG industry that is committed to multicultural marketing and celebrating Hispanic culture. My client is looking to hire on a contract-to-hire basis, Bilingual Digital Marketing Manager with expertise in paid media and social media marketing. This role focuses on driving engagement, brand awareness, and customer acquisition through culturally resonant campaigns targeting Hispanic audiences. This is a contract-to-hire role, would require this person to work fully onsite in Chicago and full-time 40 hours a week. Expected start date is January 6th. Bilingual Digital Marketing Manager Responsibilities: Develop and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and TikTok, including audience segmentation, keyword targeting, and A/B testing Manage social media strategy, including scheduling, publishing, and monitoring content across platforms to increase engagement and grow followers Implement retargeting and programmatic advertising strategies to enhance campaign performance and maximize ROI Monitor website analytics and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Hotjar to improve site traffic and conversion rates Design marketing campaigns tailored to Hispanic audiences, ensuring cultural alignment and effective use of Spanish-language content Analyze performance metrics using tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Tableau; prepare reports and present actionable insights to stakeholders Partner with creative teams to develop compelling digital assets, including banners, videos, and interactive content, using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva Bilingual Digital Marketing Manager Requirements: 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on paid media strategy, campaign execution, and performance optimization Demonstrated expertise in managing social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Advanced skills in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, and Excel for reporting and data interpretation Exceptional creativity paired with strategic thinking, enabling the development of engaging and effective digital assets Experience in food and beverage marketing, with knowledge of industry-specific trends Apply today if the above requirements and responsibilities align with your background!
