JOB TITLE: Product Marketing Manager II LOCATION: Hybrid in San Francisco, CA DURATION: 6 month contract PAY RANGE: $32-42/hour TOP 3 SKILLS: 5-7 years of digital marketing/tech background Industry background in tech, growth marketing, product management, performance marketing, digital marketing nalytical, strong written and oral skills, working with cross-functional teams and stakeholder management Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic Product Marketing Manager to join our Owned and Operated (O&O) Cross-Channel Strategy team. Our mission is to centralize and scale marketing efforts across six key O&O channels: IAM, Outbound, Landing Pages, Browse Home Marketing, Onsite Merchandising, and App Store. By addressing O&O pain points and opportunities comprehensively, we aim to drive substantial impact. s a Product Marketing Manager, you will lead initiatives that span our four main pillars: Automation, Personalization, Operational Efficiency, and Experimentation. You will focus on enhancing automation by exploring AI tools, API integrations, and solutions that reduce manual efforts. Your ability to solve problems and challenge the status quo will be crucial in this role. You will need strong interpersonal skills to build trust with internal teams who will rely on you to solve key challenges. Your responsibilities will include identifying challenges, exploring both internal and external solutions, making recommendations, and implementing new processes and tools. Your mission is to help our client's Music sector scale globally and you will work cross-functionally across growth, product, promotions, and BI to drive the growth of our client's Music sector. Overall, you will be entrepreneurial, push boundaries and execute breakthrough campaigns. Requirements: Degree/certification - Bachelor's Degree, will consider an advanced degree with strong industry experience Years' experience - 5-7+ years digital marketing/tech background Channel experiencs Comfortable working with tech and product teams - able to speak their language, i.e. growth marketing or product Experience with at least 1 Program Management tool Preferred: Interpersonal communication style and verbal style Demonstrated stakeholder management daptable, coachable, and willing to learn Experience with product-building, channel level/CRM tools: Salesforce, Google Analytics, MailChimp Channel experience- email, push notifications, in-app, paid PM and marketing channel backgrounds Integrations - 3rd party partners, tools, developing tools with tech teams IND123
