As a Senior Marketing Coordinator, you'll play a key role in planning and executing marketing initiatives that captivate audiences, drive brand awareness, and engage our clients. This position is perfect for someone with big ideas and the organizational skills to bring them to life.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesCreate & Execute Campaigns: Plan, manage, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns that align with our organizational goals.Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with sales, business development, and other departments to ensure marketing efforts are aligned and impactful.Design Content That Shines: Develop compelling marketing materials, including blog posts, social media content, email campaigns, newsletters, and sales proposals.Bring Events to Life: Organize and execute marketing events, trade shows, and client experiences-handling logistics, promotions, and follow-ups like a pro.Analyze & Innovate: Track campaign performance, analyze metrics, and turn insights into action for continuous improvement.Master Digital Strategy: Execute online campaigns across SEO, SEM, and social media platforms to elevate our digital presence.Stay Ahead of Trends: Conduct market research to identify trends, track competitors, and uncover new opportunities.Champion the Brand: Maintain consistency in messaging and visuals across all touchpoints while ensuring brand guidelines are met.Lead & Mentor: Provide guidance to junior team members and foster a collaborative, creative environment where ideas thrive.Other Duties and ResponsibilitiesPerforms other related duties as assigned to ensure efficient and effective processes, completion of projects and smooth operation of department.QualificationsEducation and ExperienceBachelor's degree in marketingProven experience in marketing coordination, with a focus on campaign management, brand development and strategic planningProficiency in marketing software and tools including InDesign, Adobe cloud, Microsoft suite, Blue Beam, Wordpress, Panda Doc, Canva, Illustrator, SEO and social media forums Required Skills, Knowledge, and AbilitiesStrong project management and organizational skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Familiarity with digital marketing trends and tools Ability to analyze data and extract actionable insights.Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.Work EnvironmentThis job operates in a clerical office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.Physical RequirementsRequires mobility within an office environment. Regularly required to talk and hear. Effectively communicate with others both written and orally, including using the telephone. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. The employee may be required to walk; reach with hands and arms; and bend. May be required to stoop, kneel, and crouch.
