We continuously refine our strategies, collaborate closely, and push ourselves to achieve excellence.Overview of the ABM Coordinator rollAs a Account Based Marketing Coordinator at Cognite, you will be key in generating a qualified pipeline by identifying, researching, and engaging potential high-value accounts. This position is ideal for a driven individual with a passion for sales and a strong interest in account-based strategies. Working closely with the sales and marketing teams, you will support the execution of targeted ABM campaigns aimed at initiating interest and driving pipeline growth.In addition, you will create and update targeted outreach sequences personalized for each account or specific persona, messaging to address industry-specific challenges and goals.You will collaborate with ADR, marketing, and senior ABM team members to execute account-based marketing campaigns, helping to tailor content and strategies for each target account. Your proactive engagement and commitment to driving results will be essential in establishing Cognite as a trusted partner within the industrial sector, ultimately contributing to our mission of transforming industries through data-driven solutions.What You'll DoConduct in-depth research to identify potential high-value accounts in targeted industries of Energy and Manufacturing in North AmericaAnalyze and prioritize target accounts based on market insights, business potential, and alignment with company goalsMaintain detailed buyer personas to understand the motivations, pain points, and behaviors of key decision-makers within target accountsCreate and update personalized outreach sequences for target accounts, tailoring messaging to address specific challenges and goals Collaborate with the wider marketing team to create targeted content that resonated with the identified accounts - campaigns, books, case studies, gifts, etc.Execute account-based marketing campaigns, aimed at generating new pipeline and logos, ensuring all elements are aligned with the overall marketing strategy and goalsTrack and analyze engagement metrics for outreach efforts and campaigns to provide insights to optimize future strategiesWork closely with the sales team, but primarily Account Development Representatives (ADRs) to align on account strategies and share insights from marketing effortCollect and analyze data on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to improve ABM strategiesEngage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills in account-based marketing and sales strategies.Who You AreYou bring 1-2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or account-based roles, with an emphasis on B2B or high-value accounts preferredHolding a BA/BS degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related fieldExperience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Techniques and strategies is a plus but not requiredYou are proficient in using various CRM systems and marketing automation tools, including Zoominfo, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and OutreachExperience in the Energy and Manufacturing industries is a distinct advantage, giving you insights into sector-specific challenges, but not a requirementFluency in English is essential, while Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese is a plusYou are motivated to design and optimize best practices for the ABM roleStrong ability to conduct research on accounts, industries, and personas, with attention to detail in gathering and analyzing informationExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to craft compelling, personalized messages for targeted outreachHighly organized, with the ability to manage multiple accounts, campaigns, and tasks simultaneouslyProficiency in tracking engagement metrics and analyzing data to inform and adjust ABM strategiesComfortable in a fast-paced environment, adjusting to new strategies, and working closely with sales, marketing, and other stakeholdersWhat will your day look likeConducting detailed research on potential high-value accounts and staying updated on industry trends, aligning findings with ABM goals to identify key opportunities -
