The founders' have a track record of growing start-ups from inception to multi-million-dollar revenue and valuation. LCUSA is also launching a company called Vanlife.us (f ocused on the Vanlife and outdoor community) and GameDayAccess (focused on the sporting Community). Experience and knowledge in these areas will be helpful to applicants. Role Description We are seeking a Social Media Manager and Content Creator to lead our social media efforts and drive growth for Mila Collective. This full-time role is based in New York City , with hybrid work options available. The Social Media role will oversee all aspects of our social media platforms, develop our brand image, increase audience engagement, develop innovative campaigns, and create engaging content that resonates with our audience. Competitive salary Unlimited PTO Bonuses for performance Equity for exceptional performance Responsibilities Overall Focus: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media content strategy across platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Work with our New York based host to film regular content Create trendy and engaging content that has the potential to go viral Day to day tasks: Be in control of the production of compelling content, including scripting, filming, and editing videos for social media. Ensure that the copy on all social posts is top tier. Develop a content calendar Stay ahead and across of trends to ensure that our company remains at the forefront of social trends. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic. Work closely with the marketing team to develop trending campaigns and advertising strategies. Foster an engaged online community by responding to comments, managing giveaways, and organizing social media events. Support the host in New York and ambassadors with content creation, filming at events, and other social media activities. Track and analyze social media performance, leveraging data to refine strategies and drive growth. Provide regular updates and insights to the leadership team. Qualifications Willing to work flexible hours to film content after 5pm / on special weekend events Proven track record in managing and scaling social media platforms for brands. Demonstrated ability to create and edit high-quality, engaging social media content. Expertise in social media marketing and optimization (SMO). Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills. Knowledge of digital marketing trends, tools, and analytics platforms. Creative and innovative thinker, capable of working independently.
