Job Description We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media & Graphic Designer with a strong graphic design background and proven expertise in managing social media platforms. The ideal candidate will craft visually compelling content, drive engagement, and maintain brand consistency across all channels, delivering results under tight deadlines. Oversee and grow LONGi’s presence across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc.). Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts tailored to each platform. Monitor analytics to evaluate performance, optimize strategy, and prepare monthly reports. Develop and manage a comprehensive content calendar. Handle all copywriting for social media posts and campaigns. Create high-quality graphics for social media, digital campaigns, presentations, and print materials. Develop brand-compliant visuals that align with LONGi’s identity and values. Collaborate with the marketing team to produce creative assets for product launches, events, and campaigns. Deliver designs with a quick turnaround when necessary. Work closely within the marketing team for project coordination and to ensure alignment on messaging and campaigns. Job Requirement Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in graphic design, marketing or related field. Minimum of 1 year of graphic design and social media management-related work experience, with a preference for candidates with knowledge of the Tech industry. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.). Expertise in Canva and other creative tools. Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar). Basic knowledge of video editing and animation tools is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills, prioritization abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple project priorities and deadlines. Experience in marketing management and collaboration with diverse, culturally varied teams across multiple locations. Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced work environment, effectively managing conflicts and navigating ambiguities. Highly organized and proficient with Microsoft Office 365, along with strong project management skills. Familiarity with SEM/SEO strategies and website content optimization Open to up to 10% of domestic travel Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus but not required.
