Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a Full Time Marketing Assistant to join our Community Outreach team. You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information. Marketing Assistant Responsibilities: Provide information about the products and services Troubleshoot and resolve outreach event issues and concerns Document and update customer records based on interactions Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services Marketing Assistant Requirements : 1-2 years of community outreach, customer service, or sales experience preferred Able to work full time, 40 hours a week Ability to build rapport with clients Able to travel locally Comfortable with in person sales and customer service #LI-Onsite
