Entry Level Marketing Assistant Responsibilities:Handle customer inquiries and complaintsProvide information about the products and services directlyTroubleshoot and resolve product issues and concernsDocument and update customer records based on interactionsDevelop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and servicesAssisting customers face-to-face with any billing and/or equipment issuesHandling new customer acquisitions and qualifying potential clienteleQualifications for the Entry Level Marketing Assistant:
