About the Role: Anthropic is seeking an experienced recruiting leader to scale our G&A, Communications, and Policy recruiting function during a period of unprecedented growth. In this role, you will develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies that align with our mission to create safe, reliable AI systems while building out world-class G&A, Communications, and Policy teams. You will work closely with key leadership partners to understand their unique needs and create data-driven recruiting processes that identify and attract exceptional talent.

Design and implement a comprehensive G&A, Communications, and Policy recruiting strategy that scales with Anthropic's rapid growth and evolving needs around Claude and future AI products. Build and lead a high-performing recruiting team focused on G&A, Communications, and Policy roles, including establishing hiring processes, metrics, and best practices. Partner closely with G&A, Comms, and Policy leadership to deeply understand technical and business requirements of their worlds to attract the very best in the field. Develop innovative sourcing strategies leveraging data analytics and market insights to identify and attract top G&A, Communications, and Policy talent. Partner to create and implement structured interview processes that effectively assess candidates' abilities to operate and be successful in a dynamic AI space. Establish recruiting operations infrastructure including systems, tools, and dashboards to drive efficiency and provide actionable insights across the recruitment function. Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout the recruiting process. Provide strategic guidance to leadership on G&A, Communications, and Policy organizational design, compensation, and talent market trends. Build strong partnerships across the organization, particularly with People Operations, Finance, and Legal teams. You may be a good fit if you:
Have 10+ years of recruiting experience with at least 3 years leading corp functions/G&A recruiting teams, preferably in high-growth technology companies. Have experience scaling recruiting functions from the ground up, including establishing processes, systems, and teams. Show proven ability to build diverse, equitable, and inclusive teams. Are skilled at using data and analytics to drive recruiting strategy and demonstrate impact. Excel at building relationships with senior stakeholders and influencing without authority. Are passionate about developing recruiting team members and creating a culture of excellence. Think strategically about long-term talent needs while executing tactically in a fast-paced environment. Have strong business acumen and ability to connect recruiting strategy to business objectives. Strong candidates may also:
Have experience recruiting for AI/ML companies or other highly technical products. Bring expertise in recruiting operations and talent analytics.
