Location : Global (Travel Required) Job Type : Full-Time Job Description : We seek a talented and versatile Videographer/Producer . This role involves traveling the world with our CEO, capturing high-quality video content, and assisting with various executive assistant tasks. The ideal candidate must have a valid US visa and be comfortable with extensive travel. Key Responsibilities : Videography and Production :
Film and produce video content on set and on location. Plan video shoots with creative teams and clients. Set up and take down cameras, microphones, lighting, props, and other equipment. Edit footage, add computer graphics, closed captioning, and special effects. Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and project requirements.
Executive Assistance :
Manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation. Assist with scheduling meetings and managing the CEO's calendar. Handle administrative tasks such as email correspondence and document preparation. Provide support during events and meetings as needed.
Qualifications : Proven experience as a Videographer/Producer with a strong portfolio. Proficiency in video editing software such as Final Cut Pro X, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Premiere Pro. Strong understanding of camera techniques and an eye for detail. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid US visa and willingness to travel extensively. Preferred Skills : Experience in executive assistance or administrative roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt to changing schedules and priorities. Professional appearance and demeanor.
