The Associate Creative Director plays a supportive role by assisting the Creative Director in executing the creative strategy. They work directly with the creative team, including art directors, designers, and the video department, collaborating closely to provide direction and constructive feedback.

Key Responsibilities: Collaborates with designers and graphic artists to make sure all campaign objectives are attained. Develops creative direction and aesthetics for campaigns and projects, focusing on innovative design solutions that effectively meet client goals. Collaborates with the Creative Director, designers, and video team to ensure the creative direction, graphics, CG, and all campaign or project materials seamlessly align and work cohesively. Evaluates trends, assesses new data, and keeps up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques. Supports the CD in leading brainstorming meetings and creative sessions. Reviews and provides feedback on materials developed by the creative department. Studies client goals and suggests better approaches, ideas, or new solutions. Requirements: A college degree in a related field such as marketing, advertising, communications, etc. A solid understanding of design, messaging, and industry best practices. Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills. In-depth knowledge of brand development and multichannel marketing models. Project management skills. Coaching and ability to foster teamwork. Proactive, with a high level of organization. Promoting process improvement. Creating and fostering client relationships. A valid U.S. driver’s license and valid vehicle insurance.
