Create and execute marketing plans to drive awareness, generate leads, and promote mentorship programs. Branding and Positioning:
Build and maintain brand image and positioning in the ed tech market. Partnership and Collaboration:
Identify and establish partnerships with corporate mentors and industry experts. Student Acquisition and Retention:
Develop strategies to acquire and retain students for mentorship programs. Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the ed tech industry. Content Development:
Collaborate with the content team to develop relevant marketing materials. Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate mentors and students. Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics. Leadership and Team Management:
Provide leadership and guidance to the sales and marketing team. Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
Seek out new opportunities and strategies to improve sales and marketing efforts. Cross-functional Collaboration:

Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the ed tech industry. Requirements: Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate partners and stakeholders. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in managing and leading a sales and marketing team. Familiarity with different domains of sales & marketing. Proficient in using CRM tools and marketing automation tools.
