DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).
The impact you will have in this role:
Being a member of the Business Marketing Team within the Chief Client Office (CCO) Business Unit, the marketing specialist plays a key role in our dynamic and evolving team of dedicated marketers and helps us take our programs to the next level of success by applying digital marketing and content development savvy to increase awareness of and drive sales leads for DTCC services.
The CCO is focused on providing a consistent Client Experience across all business lines and geographies, enabling enhanced Client Satisfaction, Revenue Growth and Business Line Success. The CCO function includes Sales, Partners, Relationship Management, Integration, Marketing & Communications and Sales Analytics & Operations.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
Supports the development and execution of marketing programs/initiatives aimed at raising industry awareness and generating sales leads for DTCC products and services. Specific tactics include but are not limited to: asset development, writing, digital marketing and communications, advertising, social media, budget maintenance, etc.
Liaises with assigned business contacts and other key internal and external collaborators
Maintains detailed, updated knowledge of relevant DTCC products and services, especially as it relates to the businesses assigned
Understands market drivers, competitive landscape and target clients
Collaborates with Sales, Relationship Management and Product Management to ensure alignment on all initiatives
Partners with regional marketing counterparts on relevant product marketing initiatives by region
Coordinates with direct team as well as broader Marketing & Communications team to ensure brand alignment and collaboration on cross promotional opportunities
Updates various performance metrics; produces and distributes reports to partners
Project management including planning and scheduling, issue identification, resolution, customer concern and communication
Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; advances appropriately
Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years of related experience
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Talents Needed for Success:
Writing experience – Through a marketing, media relations or news reporter role.
At least 2-3 years of digital marketing experience
Marketing automation knowledge and experience
