Must be located in Orlando, Tampa, or Miami. What's the job? The Regional Sales & Marketing Coordinator provides support to the business development (sales) team within their region. They assist in sales and marketing strategy execution for that region. The Marketing Coordinator reports to the Regional Director of Sales and dotted line to the Marketing Business Partner. This role is based in a region and provides support primarily for that region. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Field, complete, and deliver marketing requests to support regional sales efforts Planning and managing regional tradeshows, conferences, events, presentations, CE classes and meetings by identifying, coordinating and assembling requirements, assignments and schedules, managing RSVP lists, etc. Assist current BD team members with using marketing tools already available to them by being the local expert on the marketing Brandfolder, Wiki, Highspot, Salesforce etc. Work cross-functionally with the other regional marketers, creative team, and content team to provide marketing briefs and help project manage requests from conception to completion Maintain inventory of regional sales materials and promotional items to ensure all resources are accurate and current Assist RDS in producing reports and other data from Salesforce Meet with sales team/management in a regular cadence to discuss opportunities and needs Continually seeking and researching new sources of prospects for sales teams and marketing outlets Assist sales teams in day-to-day contacts with clients Assist in keeping regional sales/marketing budgets updated Helping to onboard new sales team members with sales enablement platforms Assist in keeping brand guidelines consistent with local teams QUALIFICATIONS Behavioral Qualifications Demonstrated organizational, planning, and project management skills; ability to be forward-thinking and maintain a strong sense of urgency Tolerance for ambiguity and ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment Excellent written and oral communication skills and strong interpersonal skills Willingness to be flexible and shift priorities/processes as needed Self-motivator with outstanding time-management and task completion skills Aptitude in coordinating conversations between team members and cross-functional teams Technical Qualifications Proficient with Microsoft Office - PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Experience with Canva and Adobe Knowledge of PC based computers Experience A minimum of one to three (1-3) years of experience in working with a large and diverse team PREFERENCES Associates or Bachelor's degree Experience working in a previous marketing position Knowledge of Monday.com or similar project management software Knowledge of Salesforce SPECIAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS Near-office travel to industry and company events (20%) WORK REQUIREMENTS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job This is largely a sedentary role; however, some lifting is required. Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull at least 25 pounds.
