(5-month program) Pay Rate: $21.50/hour + housing stipend Posting Date: December 4, 2024 Deadline: January 12, 2025 *Interviews for our 2025 Fellowship positions will take place February 2025 The Social Media team covers the Dodgers on all platforms to keep fans up to date on everything from in-game highlights, community efforts, and more. This coverage includes working every single game starting in Spring Training and ending in the postseason to deliver unique, engaging content to Dodger fans all over the world that we ideate, capture, and edit in-house. Duties/Responsibilities: Assist the Social Media team in covering the Dodgers on social media for every game of the season Create copy, cut in-game highlights, capture content via phone or camera, edit content via Adobe Creative Cloud, ideate and create content primarily for TikTok/Reels, and more Other duties as assigned Basic Requirements/Qualifications: Candidates are highly encouraged to submit a portfolio or website with their application Demonstrated experience and proficiency in managing social media platforms, including creating content, analyzing data, and engaging with audiences Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Ability to operate a camera or phone to record video footage Experience in copywriting; exceptional writing and proofreading skills with an eye for detail Proficiency in Spanish or Japanese is a plus Current student with a graduation date of December 2024/January 2025 OR within one year post-graduation Must be available to live and work in Los Angeles or your assigned office location throughout the duration of your 5-month program from March to August 2025 Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States Passionate about working for a professional sports team Proactive and out-of-the-box thinking LOS ANGELES DODGERS LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
