We're looking for a creative and adaptable graphic designer who thrives in a dynamic environment, seamlessly balancing creative design with technical problem-solving. You will apply art, design, and copy layout skills to create engaging communication through various large and small format print and signage products and see your work through to production. What You’ll Do: Stakeholder Collaboration: Works with stakeholders to gather instructions, specifications, and organize projects effectively. Graphic Design Expertise: Creates layouts, proofs, mockups, and print files based on client needs and order requirements. Artistic Selection: Uses judgment to choose graphics, stock images, and design elements to build custom layouts. Concept Development: Collaborates with sales reps for initial concept development and prepares proofs for client discussion, revision, and approval. Collaborative Process: Participates in iterative revisions with stakeholders until designs are finalized. File Setup Compliance: Ensures all files meet technical requirements for accuracy, print readiness, and quality control. Brand Consistency: Maintains adherence to brand guidelines and ensures designs align with client or company standards. Production Coordination: Prepares final production files and collaborates with post-design operations teams to ensure seamless workflow. Deadline Management: Prioritizes tasks effectively to meet project deadlines and adapts to changing priorities. What We’re Looking For: Exceptional Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams and clients. Customer-Focused: Builds positive relationships through excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities. Time Management Expertise: Excels at meeting deadlines and managing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Organized and Detail-Oriented: Highly skilled in maintaining accuracy and structure across projects. Independent and Collaborative: Works effectively both independently and as a team player. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and similar design software. Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent is required. At least three years in graphic design required. At least one year in print design is required. Previous experience as a supervisor in a manufacturing setting is preferred. Preferred Qualities & Characteristics: Experience with final file setup for print production output. Experience or knowledge of small and large format printing processes. Reliable, dependable, detail-oriented, self-motivated, inquisitive, dedicated, follows directions, and can work independently. Fluent in Adobe Illustrator CC, knowledgeable in Adobe Photoshop CC, proficient in Google Suite (GMail, Docs, Sheets). Detailed eye - can spell correctly and type quickly. Efficiency-minded - you love the beauty of design but understand the necessity of speed and efficient workflow. You have patience: Constant revisions from your coworkers and customers under tight deadlines can be very trying at times. Solutions and systems driven - constantly looking to improve, simplify, and refine processes. Good communicator, both written and verbal. Compensation:

$23 - $28 per hour (depending on level of experience).
