What we are looking for: Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Principal Product Owner who is a key Agile team member primarily responsible for maximizing the product value delivered by the team in alignment with the strategic direction and business/customer needs. This individual will provide mentorship and guidance to other Product Owners and be instrumental in shaping product strategy. The Principal Product Owner is a vital player in KDP’s new way of working, supporting and driving a lean-agile mindset and learning culture. What you will do: Deeply understand the marketing technology business and product strategy and help make and/or influence critical decisions that impact the product. Partner with internal stakeholders to develop an audience-focused digital experience roadmap that guides the evolution of the digital user journey and deepens integration between channels. Ensure the product development team has a solid understanding of the product strategy to help them more effectively execute and meet objectives and goals. Make certain the voice of customer needs and priorities are incorporated into the product solution. Manage and prioritize the content/features team backlog with clearly defined value hypothesis and acceptance criteria to be delivered by the development teams. Continually search for opportunities to improve efficiencies and optimize product work. Apply a broader understanding of the market trends, customer needs, and business objectives to set the strategic direction for the product and actively manage or contribute to its roadmap. Lead, manage, and prioritize the content/features team backlog with clearly defined value hypothesis and acceptance criteria to be delivered by the development teams. Collaborate with the Scrum Master, Product Manager, and Solution/Domain Architect. Facilitate the relationship with the end customer and business leadership/owners.
