This role combines the responsibilities of product marketing and growth marketing, emphasizing demand generation, go-to-market strategies, and building brand awareness. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the VP of Marketing will drive profitable growth by integrating creative vision with data-driven execution.What You'll Be Accountable For:Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company goals, focusing on demand generation, brand positioning, and customer acquisition.Oversee and integrate product marketing, digital marketing, and pipeline generation to deliver scalable growth.Serve as a cross-functional leader, collaborating with Product, Sales, and Learning & Development teams to align strategies.Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches, ensuring seamless execution with tailored messaging for target audiences.Translate product roadmaps into compelling marketing messages that drive adoption and utilization.Develop competitive market intelligence to position BigTime as a leader in the SaaS space.Partner with sales leadership to create and track initiatives that build pipelines across inbound channels, targeted demand programs, and cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.Manage budgets for digital marketing and demand initiatives, ensuring resources are allocated for maximum ROI.Enhance digital experiences for prospects and customers across the entire journey, from discovery to expansion.Develop and execute customer marketing strategies that deepen engagement, promote feature adoption, and drive customer retention.Build and scale advocacy programs, including case studies, testimonials, and referrals, to showcase customer success.Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure a unified approach to client communications and engagement.Launch and manage events, user groups, and community-building initiatives to strengthen customer relationships and create brand ambassadors.Drive strong customer attach and cross-sell for our platform of productsIdentify and implement AI-driven solutions for predictive analytics, personalized marketing, and campaign performance optimization.Foster a culture of experimentation with AI-powered tools, such as chatbots, marketing automation, and content generation platforms, to deliver innovative customer experiences.Stay ahead of trends in AI and machine learning to incorporate emerging technologies into the marketing strategy.Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering innovation, experimentation, and professional growth.Create a culture of collaboration, encouraging rapid iteration and creative problem-solving.Serve as a key touchpoint for client feedback, using insights to refine messaging and marketing strategies.Build thought leadership initiatives to enhance customer engagement, including executive-level user conferences and other strategic events.Who You Are:10+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a proven track record of driving revenue and process improvements.5+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing teams and overseeing demand models in a SaaS environment.Expertise in digital marketing, demand generation, and leveraging marketing technology stacks.Strong skills in crafting go-to-market strategies, sales enablement, and competitive market analysis.Exceptional project management, communication, and analytical abilities.Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, leveraging data-driven decision-making, rapid iteration, and deep customer insights to achieve measurable outcomes.What We Offer:Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Company pays 100% of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance401k with generous company matchPaid Parental LeaveHybrid work schedule - In office 3 times a weekGenerous time off and paid company holidaysFresh fruit, snacks, cold brew coffee/tea, soda and sparkling waterCompany provided latest technology & software toolsChicago & Boston office offer onsite gymFor candidates based in the United States, the compensation range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $200,000 - $350,000.
