You’re armed with a portfolio of design work that demonstrates consumer-centric design thinking in packaging, branding, and product aesthetics. You are independent, flexible, and kind. First-hand knowledge of consumer goods branding, packaging, product aesthetics, and consumer purchase intent is key. You will be tested with fierce deadlines and demanding clients. PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS: A lead, hands-on designer from concept to completion Interpret and act on direction from art director, creative director, and client Manage and be accountable for your own design time and others' time to meet deadlines Present designs and articulate design rationale based on objectives and the design thinking process REQUIRED SKILLS: Expert design software skills – Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop Expert in creating beautiful page layouts and presentations Ability to work efficiently and deliver great design under pressure Effective client-facing presentation in groups and/or individually Accountable for personal time management Efficient project coordinating, including managing others, expectations, and deliverables Excel in communication with the ability to lead discussions and build consensus Advanced skills in Microsoft applications Experienced with the creation of digital and social media design #J-18808-Ljbffr
