PlatformQ Health provides digital education for providers and patients through impactful online educational design in numerous therapeutic areas. We are actively searching for a candidate for the position of Marketing Director to oversee industry tradeshow/conference planning and execution, own the campaign/editorial planning and execution process, and assist with overall project management and leadership across the team.
This position reports to the VP, Brand Marketing and will be based on the Marketing Communications team.
Experience: Bachelors of Science with at least 10 years marketing experience
Strong event experience managing industry tradeshows and conference events
Experience managing editorial processes
Experience implementing marketing programs in healthcare preferred
Responsibilities of the Marketing Director: Oversee PlatformQ Health annual conference sponsorship strategy, including planning for all events, execution of logistics, and budget management
Spearhead the company’s digital presence around relevant industry events and advocacy days
Strategize with the VP of marketing on overall communications planning and brand execution
Manage and own the creation and execution of the marketing/communications editorial calendar across all mediums including but not limited to: emails, articles, social posts, webinars, programmatic marketing, press releases, trade shows, videos, etc.
Assist with managing collateral for sales support and ensure messaging and design align with company positioning and brand guidelines
Review, edit, and proofread copy and branding initiatives to ensure alignment with style guidelines and consistency with approved messaging
Generate content ideas using market research and internal stakeholders
Massachusetts-based applicants preferred with willingness to manage tradeshow assets in person when applicable
Ability to communicate and coordinate with internal teams in a professional and efficient manner
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
Exceptional writing, editing, and communications skills
Creative and innovative thinker with a solutions-oriented approach
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work simultaneously as part of a team and lead multiple projects that involve various internal and external partners
