Position Type: Athletics/Activities/Activity SponsorDate Posted: 11/14/2024Location: Proviso Math & Science AcademyDate Available: Upon ApprovalClosing Date: Until FilledPROVISO TOWNSHIP HIGH SCHOOLS POSITION JOB DESCRIPTION POSITION TITLE: Photography Sponsor REPORTS TO: Activities Facilitator Stipend: $2,575.00 QUALIFICATIONS: Required Experience or Training Communication skills Organization skills Time management skills Leadership skills Ability to work with teens Willingness to accept responsibility for the tasks of the position Desired Experience or Training Valid Professional Educators License, School Administrator, Substitute Teaching, School Psychologist, School Counselor, School Social Worker Certificate, or retired from teaching or a Certificate from a Coaches Education Program Previous sponsor experience BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform the duties of organizing, providing and promoting activities and events for Photography. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES The club sponsor shall be responsible for: •Organizing and leading club meetings and activities. •Ensuring that club activities align with District policies and procedures. •Serving as a liaison between students and the administration for club-related matters. •Supervising students during club activities. •Maintaining records of club events and member participation as required by the district. •Other duties as assigned.
