About the Role
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer & Marketing Specialist who can hit the ground running. This role is pivotal to our success, and we need someone with a strong foundation in graphic design who is ready to lead our marketing efforts independently. Key Responsibilities
• Graphic Design: Create high-quality, brand-aligned marketing materials, including digital assets, print collateral, social media graphics, and in-store promotions.
• Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with company goals and drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Content Creation: Design engaging content for social media platforms, email marketing, and website updates.

What We’re Looking For
• Graphic Design Skills: Strong proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a must.
• Marketing Experience: 2+ years in a marketing role, ideally within the restaurant, hospitality, or franchise industries.
• Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, with minimal guidance, and confidently make decisions to elevate the brand.
• Creativity & Innovation: A strong creative vision and the ability to bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills and a commitment to delivering polished, professional work.
• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of website updates (WordPress, Squarespace, or similar) and social media management tools is a plus.
