YogaSix Potomac is hiring a Studio Manager to join our team of professionals. Working in partnership with the franchise owner and other professional staff, the Studio Manager oversees all aspects of studio functionality including Sales and Operations as well as the direct supervision of the team. This role is responsible for ensuring the studio is well-maintained and that customer service standards are upheld in every client interaction. A passion for fitness, sales, and customer service is crucial, and exceptional communication skills are vital for success in this position.

Primary Responsibilities Include:
•    Manage and grow all revenue streams including Membership Sales, Lead Generation, Retail, and Teacher Training
•    Recruit, hire, train, supervise, coach, and mentor all Wellness Advisors
•    Manage staff schedules and supervise Wellness Advisors
•    Manage studio budget, spending, and reporting
•    Manage maintenance issues, inventory, and cleaning
•    Participate in studio, regional, and company-wide meetings and trainings as needed
•    Strategically manage marketing campaigns that focus on new client acquisition, activation, retention, and loyalty
•    Ensure new members are onboarded properly 
•    Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions
•    Lead weekly Grassroots Marketing partnerships to drive new guest traffic
•    Work closely with studio owner and National Sales Director to ensure the health and profitability of the studio
•    Social media management of the studio’s Instagram & Facebook accounts
•    Work with studio owner and Director of Education to optimize class schedules
•    Other duties as assigned 


Successful Candidates Must Have:
•    A minimum of two (2) years of fitness sales experience preferred
•    Proven experience in generating and following up on leads
•    Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams including memberships and retail
•    A solution-based, results-oriented, and competitive spirit
•    Strong customer service skills and an affinity & passion for fitness
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•    Ability to excel in a fast-changing & diverse environment
•    Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment
•    High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
•    Proficiency with computers and studio software
