Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Marketing & Communications (Marcom) Manager to adapt our marketing strategy to the US market. This individual will report directly to the Head of Marcom at our HQ in Belgium, ensuring close alignment on brand strategies. The ideal candidate will be strategic yet hands-on, with experience in the senior living space, care tech and a proven track record in managing comprehensive marcom campaigns from concept to execution. This role will encompass campaign management, event management, strong storytelling, copywriting, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Development: Design, execute, and oversee marketing and communications campaigns that align with Nobis global brand vision while catering to the unique needs of the US market.
- Brand Consistency: Collaborate closely with our HQ Marcom team to adapt global strategies, ensuring brand consistency across all communications.
- Event & Trade Show Management: Spearhead US-based events, trade shows, and product launches, orchestrating all elements to ensure impactful representation of the Nobi brand. Develop 360 marketing and communication campaigns around each event, engaging every stage in the marketing funnel, to drive not only brand visibility, but finally generate sales leads before, during and after the event.
- Proactive Storytelling: Actively seek, identify, and develop local Nobi-stories that resonate with our diverse US stakeholder groups, serving as a brand storyteller in various formats. Adapt every story to the unique requirements of Nobis media channels (website, social media, partner channels, press, channels of membership organizations, etc.)
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, freelancers, and marketing agencies both within and outside the US to amplify Nobis brand and message.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in a marketing and communications role, ideally with a focus on care tech in the senior living space. Proven experience in managing multi-channel campaigns and brand positioning strategies.
- Event Leadership: Demonstrated passion and experience in managing events and trade shows, with a focus on comprehensive communication strategies around these events.
- Strategic Storyteller: Strong copywriting skills and a proactive approach to storytelling, with an understanding of stakeholder engagement. Effortlessly adapts a story into one that works seamlessly across Nobi's diverse media channels
- Digital Savvy: Hands-on experience with digital media platforms and tools, with a solid understanding of digital marketing strategies.
- Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, coordinating efforts across global and local stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Preferred).
Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform essential job functions safely and meet productivity standards.
- Willingness to travel for events and on-site responsibilities.
Salary Range: $90,000-105,000
