We are looking for a proactive, results-driven Marketing Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in enhancing our marketing strategies through HubSpot administration, lead generation, and digital marketing initiatives, including web and social media management.Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator with expertise in HubSpot administration, lead generation, and digital marketing strategies. In this role, you will oversee and optimize our HubSpot CRM system, manage web and social media content, and help drive growth through inbound marketing tactics. The ideal candidate will have a passion for using HubSpot to attract, nurture, and convert leads, while also managing our web presence and social media channels to engage potential clients.This role requires a blend of technical proficiency in HubSpot and digital marketing, alongside a creative mindset for executing web and social media strategies that align with our business objectives.Key Responsibilities:HubSpot Administration & Optimization:Manage and configure HubSpot CRM, ensuring the system is set up to optimize marketing and sales workflows.Regularly update and maintain the database, ensuring accurate segmentation and targeting of leads.Develop, manage, and analyze email campaigns, landing pages, workflows, and forms to ensure lead capture and nurturing.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HubSpot CRM features, ensuring maximum utilization by the team.Lead Generation & Nurturing:Utilize HubSpot tools to create and manage inbound marketing campaigns aimed at generating quality leads.Set up automated workflows for lead nurturing, ensuring smooth transitions from marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) to sales-qualified leads (SQLs).Monitor lead performance, analyze data, and continuously refine strategies to improve conversion rates.Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and lead handoffs.Web Management & Content Optimization:Oversee the development and maintenance of the company website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for lead generation.Regularly review website analytics to identify opportunities for improving site performance, SEO, and user experience.Manage landing pages, blog posts, case studies, and other website content to improve engagement and conversion rates.Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the website.Social Media Strategy & Execution:Develop and execute social media strategies to promote brand awareness, engage followers, and drive traffic to the website and HubSpot.Manage day-to-day activities across key social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) including posting, community engagement, and performance tracking.Create compelling social media content, including posts, graphics, and videos that align with the company's branding and messaging.Collaborate with the team to run targeted paid social media campaigns aimed at lead generation and brand visibility.Marketing Campaigns & Content Creation:Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels (email, social media, blogs, paid ads).Develop content strategies that attract and engage prospective clients, leveraging HubSpot's content management features.Assist in the creation of engaging blog posts, white papers, case studies, and other content to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.Reporting & Analytics:Track and report on key marketing metrics (e.g., lead generation, conversion rates, email performance, website traffic, social media engagement) using HubSpot and other analytics tools.Provide actionable insights based on data to refine marketing strategies and ensure alignment with business goals.Regularly update stakeholders on campaign performance, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.Collaboration & Team Support:Work closely with the sales and customer success teams to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.Train and support internal teams in using HubSpot effectively, ensuring best practices are followed.Stay updated on HubSpot product features and capabilities, recommending improvements to enhance our marketing efforts.Qualifications:Experience & Skills:2+ years of experience in a marketing coordination or similar role with a strong focus on HubSpot administration and digital marketing.Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, and other HubSpot tools.Strong understanding of lead generation, inbound marketing, social media marketing, and sales funnel management.Proven ability to manage and optimize websites, landing pages, and SEO strategies.Experience in creating and optimizing automated workflows, email campaigns, and social media content.Ability to analyze data and generate insights to improve lead generation and digital marketing efforts.Technical Proficiency:Familiarity with HubSpot integrations, marketing automation tools, web management platforms, and social media management tools.Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and an ability to work within a CMS.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and experience with reporting and analytics tools.Soft Skills:Excellent organizational and project management
