Must have proven track record in building relationships with "C" level marketing executives. Here's what youll do: Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals and objectives Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research and networking Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, including conducting sales presentations and negotiations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and proposals for clients Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential business risks and opportunities Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track sales activities, pipeline, and customer information Create custom media plans using media planning software Prepare regular reports on sales performance, revenue forecasts, and market analysis Your experience: MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE in radio and podcast advertising Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred) Must have strong experience in cold calling and pitching/presenting to new prospective clients Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably in the software or technology industry Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Excellent strategic planning abilities with a focus on driving revenue growth Demonstrated proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex deals Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities Familiarity of media planning (and applications), industry and measurement terminology.
