CIVIL DESIGNER Job Description / Minimum Requirements: Our Client is implementing a civil asset program where all critical civil assets are being identified, detailed on inspection documents through cad software, visually inspected, inspection reports created per asset and repair, input and tracked through our IMS database by creating pieces of equipment for each civil asset, creating Equipment Care Histories (ECH’s) for each asset, creating Correction Action Inspection Requests/Recommendations (CAIR’s) for all repairs identified for each asset, creating inspection intervals basis Client’s site policies for each asset, and creating Inspection Department Work Orders (IDWO’s) for all repairs identified. In implementing this civil asset program, we need an experienced inspector capable of. Identifying issues with concrete and steel requiring repair. Previous civil/structural inspection experience preferred but not required. Capable of working with multiple people across different departments to accomplish the work. Has computer skills with Excel, Word, Adobe PDF, CAD programs (Bricscad is our Client’s CAD software. CAD program experience is not required but preferred), IMS (preferred but not required) Managing multiple tasks at one time.
