In this role, you will take ownership of critical projects, architect scalable solutions, and lead a team of talented engineers to deliver innovative software. You'll work across a modern stack encompassing backend, frontend, and cloud technologies to build robust, high-performance systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of backend systems using C#/.NET Core and Node.js/Express and PHP.
- Build dynamic, scalable frontend applications with React and Next.js.
- Architect and implement event-driven, serverless solutions using AWS Cloud Services (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and more).
- Design and optimize database systems, leveraging both RDBMS and NoSQL technologies.
- Collaborate across teams to seamlessly integrate frontend and backend systems.
- Drive the adoption of modern development practices, including CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments.
- Mentor team members and foster a collaborative, high-performing engineering culture.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in software development with a proven track record of technical leadership.
- Significant experience with C# and .NET Framework/.NET Core for backend development.
- Strong expertise with Node.js and Express, including building APIs and server-side applications.
- Extensive experience with React and Next.js for creating modern, scalable frontend applications.
- Proven ability to work across multiple technologies and integrate frontend and backend systems seamlessly.
- Database Expertise: Solid experience with RDBMS and NoSQL databases, including MS SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
- Cloud Services: Hands-on expertise with AWS Cloud Services, including S3, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and ECS.
- Deep understanding of event-driven architectures and messaging platforms.
- Expertise in serverless architectures and performance optimization strategies.
- Familiarity with large-scale internet service architectures, including load balancing and CDNs.
- Tools and Practices: Proficiency with modern development tools, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies.
- Adaptability: A demonstrated ability to learn new software languages, frameworks, and APIs quickly.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong leadership and troubleshooting abilities.
