Our client, a leading brand in the consumer goods industry, is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their team. As a Marketing Manager, you will be part of the Brand Experience and Development team supporting various cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Marketing Manager Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid - Remote on Mondays and Fridays, Onsite Tuesday to Thursday) What's the Job? Develop and execute annual commercialization plans to deliver profitable growth for specific brand(s). Leverage actionable insights to drive end-to-end optimization and identify innovation opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure executional excellence of annual business plans. Analyze data to synthesize insights that optimize marketing strategies and investment decisions. Lead the development of strategic revenue management strategies to drive long-term growth. What's Needed? Typically has a University Degree (BA/BS) in Marketing or a related business field; MBA preferred. At least 3-5 years of work experience in marketing or brand management. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to change. Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications. What's in it for me?
