We are looking for a motivated, results-driven individual to join our team and help us grow our practice through community engagement, marketing, and relationship-building initiatives.Job Overview: As the Marketing & Community Outreach Manager, you will play a key role in enhancing our practices visibility, educating the community on innovative treatments like TMS and Esketamine, and forging strong partnerships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and facilities. Your efforts will directly contribute to growing the practice through targeted outreach, event management, and digital marketing initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Community Outreach & Relationship Building:Build and maintain relationships with local nursing homes, elderly care facilities, intensive outpatient programs (IOPs), partial hospitalization programs (PHPs), rehabilitation centers, and other relevant care providers.Establish and nurture connections with local mental health practitioners, primary care physicians, psychiatrists, and other medical professionals to increase awareness of our services.Engage local community organizations, practitioners, and medical professionals to strengthen the practices local presence.Webinar & Event Management:Plan, organize, and manage regular online webinars for local mental health professionals and healthcare providers, focusing on topics like TMS, Esketamine, and other relevant psychiatric treatments.Coordinate all aspects of webinar logistics, including invitations, RSVPs, and promotion via email, social media, and direct outreach.Develop and maintain a comprehensive, up-to-date list of local clinicians and medical professionals for outreach.Manage follow-up communications post-webinar and ensure continued engagement with attendees.Open Houses & Grand Rounds:Create and execute a system for hosting regular open houses (every 6 weeks) for local clinicians to tour the practice and learn about our services.Work closely with hospital administration and pharmaceutical companies to plan and host educational grand rounds and workshops for healthcare providers.Manage logistics for these events, including speaker coordination, event promotion, and securing sponsorships from pharmaceutical companies or other relevant partners.Foster ongoing relationships with hospital administrators, pharmaceutical reps, and local medical professionals to support future events.Social Media & Content Management:Oversee and manage social media accounts (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.), ensuring the consistent development and delivery of content that reflects the practices services and values.Collaborate with the practice team to create compelling, engaging content, including educational videos, patient stories, and service promotions.Monitor and analyze engagement metrics across all platforms and adjust strategies to optimize reach and impact.Marketing Strategy & Communications:Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to promote TMS, Esketamine, and other services to the local community and healthcare professionals.Ensure the practice website is current, informative, and optimized to engage both potential patients and healthcare providers.Implement email marketing campaigns for outreach to local clinicians and organizations.Monitor and track the effectiveness of all marketing initiatives and provide regular performance reports.Additional Marketing Responsibilities:Google My Business Optimization: Ensure the practice is fully optimized on Google My Business, with updated contact information, service offerings, patient reviews, and regular practice updates.Local SEO: Enhance the practices visibility by focusing on local SEO efforts, ensuring the practice appears in relevant search results (e.g., TMS near me or Esketamine for depression).Patient Testimonials: Collect and use patient testimonials (with appropriate consent) in marketing materials, including on the website and across social media channels.Referral Programs: Develop and manage a referral program with local clinicians and healthcare providers to encourage patient referrals to the practice for TMS and Esketamine treatments.Key Qualifications:Proven experience in marketing, community outreach, or similar roles (preferably within healthcare or mental health).Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to build relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and corporate partners.Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events and marketing campaigns simultaneously.Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM systems, social media platforms, webinar software (e.g., Zoom), and content management systems.Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft engaging content and messages for various audiences.Event management experience, including online webinars and in-person educational events.Knowledge of or experience with mental health care services (TMS, Esketamine, etc.) is a plus.Strong
