Robert Half Marketing & Creative is looking for a graphic designer for one of our clients in Charlotte, NC! This position is a hybrid contract to hire opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Branding: Develop and execute visually compelling digital designs that align with the company’s brand identity across various platforms, including websites, email campaigns, social media, and online advertisements.
- Retail-Focused Creativity: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create designs that resonate with retail audiences, including in-store displays, point-of-sale materials, and packaging designs.
- Campaign Development: Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and design assets for campaigns that drive customer engagement and sales.
- UX/UI Support: Provide design input for website and app interfaces, ensuring a seamless and aesthetically pleasing user experience.
- Content Creation: Design engaging multimedia content such as banners, animations, and video assets for digital marketing channels.
- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure a cohesive brand experience across all touchpoints.
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 3 years of professional graphic design experience, with a focus on digital design and some exposure to the retail industry.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with tools like Figma, Sketch, or similar platforms.
- Design Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing digital design projects, including examples of work related to retail (e.g., in-store materials, digital ads, etc.).
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and layout.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to different design styles and stay updated with current design trends.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred but not required.
