Our law firm is seeking a talented and detail-oriented PPC & SEO Manager to join our growing team. The PPC & SEO Specialist will play a critical role in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns while driving sustainable organic growth through robust SEO strategies. This individual will balance analytical expertise with creativity to enhance the firm’s visibility and engage our target audience. PPC Management: Design, implement, and manage highly targeted PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Facebook Ads. Develop strategies that maximize conversions and ROI within a competitive legal market. Regularly analyze campaign performance, adjusting bids, keywords, and creative assets to improve results. Create compelling ad copy and oversee landing page optimizations to align with campaign goals. Set up and manage tracking systems to capture accurate data and connect PPC results to client acquisition metrics. SEO Strategy & Execution: Design and execute a strategic SEO roadmap that incorporates on-page enhancements and technical optimizations. Create compelling, high-quality content optimized for search engines, including blog articles, landing pages, and other website assets. Conduct thorough keyword research to uncover opportunities for boosting organic visibility and staying competitive. Implement SEO best practices, such as schema markup, mobile-first design, and site speed improvements, to ensure peak performance across all devices. Collaborate with internal teams to maintain a cohesive brand voice and ensure content aligns with organizational goals and standards. Regularly produce blog content tailored to client needs and legal industry trends, driving engagement and organic traffic growth. Monitor competitor strategies and market trends to inspire fresh, innovative approaches to content creation and optimization. Track and analyze performance metrics to evaluate the success of SEO initiatives and identify areas for continuous improvement. Your Skills and Expertise: A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline. Over 5 years of hands-on experience managing both PPC and SEO strategies. Certifications in Google Ads and Google Analytics. Expertise in SEO platforms like Ahrefs and SEMrush, along with proficiency in content management systems such as WordPress or WebFlow. Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of juggling multiple projects and deadlines with efficiency. Impeccable attention to detail and a dedication to delivering accurate, high-standard work. Fluency in Spanish is a significant advantage.
