What The Role Is
The Marketing Manager will work on the Consumer Marketing team to develop, implement and report on marketing strategies, plans, programs and projects for assigned lines of business and key marketing initiatives.
How You Will Make An Impact
- Assist with development marketing strategies and plans that support the company brand and key initiatives while aligning with the line of business objectives.
- Establish a deep understanding of line of business objectives, customer base, product/service offerings, customer experience and more that can be applied to marketing strategies and plans.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and marketing project teams to collaborate and achieve marketing plan objectives.
- Write strategic marketing briefs for proposed marketing and communications campaigns that drive awareness, acquisition, growth, retention and/or product utilization.
- Work with key internal and external partners to manage marketing projects from start to finish, using an online project management system and following standard marketing procedures. Marketing projects may include collateral, print ads, radio ads, outdoor ads, direct mail, email, digital ads, webpages, branch merchandising, social media, search, video, print materials, signage, promotional items, digital platforms and more.
- Record, track and report on assigned marketing plans and projects. Translate results into actionable insights and develop summaries to report results and learnings during and post campaigns.
- Review draft marketing materials for assigned projects and provide changes or updates in a timely manner.
- Review and update line of business customer mail and email communications to ensure alignment with the overall brand.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or a similar field
- Minimum of 5 years in related work experience
- Excellent written, oral and presentation skills
- Proficient in Google and/or Microsoft product suite (Doc/Word, Sheets/Excel, Slides/Powerpoint, Google Forms)
- Experience using a project management platform
- Detail oriented with strong project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment
- Ability to interface and collaborate daily with various internal and external partners
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Strong critical thinking, research and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management, organization and project management skills, with attention to detail from inception through execution
- Self-starter who shows initiative and accountability for assignments.
- Ability to work independently and as a team to meet project and task deadlines
- Experience in financial services or similar industry
- Works cooperatively with others.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
