Job Description: We are looking for a Marketing/Communication Specialist to participate in the development and implementation of communications initiatives in addition to administrative/operational support. Support cross-functional collaboration across the organization. Manage operational tasks that support the creation of strategic multimedia content. Support communications efforts to meet company/department objectives, including coordinating with internal stakeholders and vendor partners. May include print production, photography, and advertising. Ensure photos and videos are appropriately tagged, uploaded, and archived. Manage email inbox and other regular mailings, including writing and scheduling select communications. Manage select internal communications efforts, including digital signage for faculty and other messaging platforms. Support the planning and execution of podcast episodes, video productions, and photo shoots. Coordinate vendor estimates and invoice processing. Social Media Contributing to the development of Digital Medic's social media strategy and calendar Creating original social media posts with the goal of educating, engaging, and growing our global audience Using platform data insights to continuously refine and improve our approach Web Content Writing regular blog posts and case studies Conducting keyword research to assist with website and post-optimization Assistance with writing needs for our website and other marketing materials as needed Requirements: Bachelor's degree and 2-3+ years of relevant experience; or a combination of education and relevant experience. Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to communicate in an engaging, accessible, and professional manner. Previous experience in product, program and/or services communications or marketing. Ability to work independently to meet expected deadlines and schedules. Knowledge of communications & marketing across channels including digital and print. Familiar with market research and data analysis. Creative problem solver; Experience with managing projects. Excellent oral and written skills. Professional knowledge of X/Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram Basic image and graphic editing / design skills a plus TEKBERRY OFFERS A $100 payment FOR REFERRALS!
